The cruise lasts approximately two hours and departs from the Karaköy waterfront. Because sunset changes through the year, the departure time is confirmed for your chosen date after the reservation request.
Cruises usually welcome around 25–30 guests, while quieter dates may sail with a smaller group of around 10. Everyone boards together; once on board, guests may choose any available place on the upper deck, bow or aft section.
An English-speaking guide introduces the palaces, mosques, bridges and waterfront neighbourhoods along the route. The Sevli Bosphorus team stays on board throughout the experience to help guests and take photos with their own phones.

The cruise lasts approximately two hours. Departure time changes with sunset through the year, so the exact time is shown for your selected date and confirmed with your reservation.
02Where is the meeting point?
We meet on the Karaköy waterfront. The exact Google Maps location is shared again by WhatsApp after reservation.
03How many guests join and are seats reserved?
Cruises usually have around 25–30 guests, while quieter dates may sail with around 10. There is no assigned seating or separate early boarding. Once everyone boards together, you may choose any available place on the upper deck, bow or aft section.
04Is there an indoor area and a toilet?
Yes. The yacht has an indoor area and a guest toilet. The upper area can also be covered with canopies according to the weather.
05Does the cruise operate in rain or winter?
Yes. Normal rain does not stop the cruise; the indoor area and canopy system allow the experience to continue through the year. If severe weather or an official sailing restriction makes departure unsafe, the cruise is rescheduled or cancelled and guests are contacted by WhatsApp.
06What are the child fares?
Ages 0–3 join free, ages 4–14 receive 50% off, and guests aged 15 or older use the full fare. Please share children's ages so the final total can be confirmed correctly.
07Can I bring my own food or alcohol?
Yes. You may bring your own snacks and drinks, including alcohol. We provide glasses for drinks brought on board and do not charge a corkage or service fee.
08What if I have a food allergy?
On-board refreshments may contain nuts, gluten, dairy or other allergens. Please tell us before booking. You may bring your own food, but a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed because preparation and service areas are shared.
09Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted indoors or where it may disturb other guests.
10Can I join with a stroller or wheelchair?
Strollers and wheelchair users are welcome, and our team assists where it is safe to do so. However, the yacht has no fixed boarding ramp and is not fully step-free. Pier and boarding conditions may vary, so please contact us on WhatsApp before booking. Heavy or powered wheelchairs must be assessed in advance.
11Is professional photography included?
Professional photography is not included. Our team will gladly take photos using your own phone during the cruise.
12Do I pay online?
No online payment is taken. The form creates a reservation request; after the team reviews it, your confirmation and voucher are sent by email. Payment is made on board on the cruise day.
